Pixie Girls: Sammy and Hannah

Hey,

Just the other day we had are great friends Sammy and Lauren over and I thought it would be really fun to do a blog post about Hannah and Sammy and their new pixie hair cuts <3 Hannah and Sammy thought it would be fun and so I got tons of awesome photographs :)

This first photo they actually were taking a photo with Sammy's phone but I thought it was a cute picture non the less :) 

This one too was them taking a picture with there phone but it still was a cute picture too :)

Sammy was talking about a movie she liked and it was just too cute a pose to not take a picture of :)

Me, Myself, and I: Self Portraits

Hello,
So the other day I was practicing taking self portraits (and it is harder then it looks :) and I got a few that I really liked and thought I would share them with you.



(this photo was supposed to be my whole face but ended up only getting half my face, but I actually liked it :)

Now getting this photo was a pain it took me forever to get the focus right but when it finally worked I was quite proud :)

Just a few months ago I had a really fun day hanging out with my little cousins on the boys birthday and got tons of photos of them as we played on the swings and trees :).

My Edward Mckay Adventure

Hey,

A few months ago I bought a Nikon D80 and have loved it! It is a pretty easy first camera and is super fun. My first EVER photos I took on this camera were at Edward McKays. My little sister was more than happy to pose for me.

I have also been practicing different editing techniques, as you will see as you go thorough these photos. I tried black and white, colorful, bright, light, and all kinds of different things. I am trying to find what suits me best. Please comment on which photos you liked, which you didn't and the different edits you liked and didn't.

                  This one of is probably my favorite *points down* as it its her actually skipping:)

I like this one too *points down* but she is 'fake' skipping in this one so it is not as cool to me:)
